> 24 hourAfter 2 months the speaker stopped working except intermitently and when it does it is totally garbled and full of static and crackling. The keyboard works fine until it stops completely and I have to restart the computer. This happens every few days. Really ridiculous for a brand new machine. And of course its not possible to return it now.

> 24 hourUpdate on 9/9/2020: Laptop got repaired about a month ago. The keyboard has now more issues than it had. The shift key is functionless. It works for left side keyboards keyss, but do not work for right side keys.
