> 24 hourThey don’t go over your ears so you can hear what’s going on around you, however it does not affect the quality of sound at all.

> 24 hourBought headphones. They were in their carrying bag inside my tote bag and one of the ear pieces broke off the head band piece. The silicone is intact but the inside structural piece is broken. None of that is important, but suffice it to say this is not heavy wear. My bag was picked up and put down, but nobody walked on it, threw it, used it to fend off a mugger, etc. Just your standard day. There is no contact number for Aftershokz. There is no real online customer service. And their Better Business Bureau grade is a D. There is a chain of work you have to do in order to submit a warranty claim on their website, but the second step is to register the product. There is no product registration page except for one for products bought before December, 2019. This entire process is designed to make the user give up because they assume its their own fault they cant correctly follow steps. I know, I studied these processes. Its part of nudge theory. Im willing to write off a $200+ loss, but I hope others can learn from my painful experience.

> 24 hourI purchased these to bike, walk, and to listen to music/podcasts around the house. Not for audiophiles, but not bad sound. Really good stereo separation. Sound is like the EQ through your head cuts off the lows, and some of the highs. I may even take these traveling, so I can listen to podcasts while the family listens to the radio. Glad I bought them.

> 24 hourThese work great, but theyre not made for people with large heads..... I constantly have to adjust them because if I move theyre covering my ear hole instead of sitting where they should be.

> 24 hourDont let my 4 out of 5 sound quality and Noise Cancellation scores fool you. This device isnt made for complete immersion for your music. It cant really present you with awesome Bass without covering your ears, but its amazing for phone calls, video conferences and long gaming sessions. I hate earbuds and anything that covers my ears for more than 30 minutes. Nobody likes hot ears as far as i know... This allows me to hear audio (minus the heavy Bass) as well as everything else around me and they are hella comfortable. Totally would recommend them!

> 24 hourEDIT: I have had these for almost two years now and they havent broken, so they are sturdier than the Titanium. I would still recommend them to anyone! I loved my Trekz Titanium headphones, and these are even better. They are lighter weight, so you dont feel them as much. I do have a big head and I worried that since these were smaller they might not fit, but they fit well. I also hope that they are more durable than the titanium (Ive had 4 pairs of them and each broke at the thin place above the ears, but I kept getting them because they do work great). But I hope these last more than a year. The best thing about Aftershockz is the ability to connect two devices to your headset. So I can watch on my laptop and when a call comes in on my phone, it pauses my computer and transfers the sound to my phone so I can answer it.
