> 3 dayThis came packaged well and in pristine condition. Its important that prior to using you slide the sleeve downward to free up the tines and pinch/slighly pull across in quick motions to loosen them a little. Then after cleaning your coil/condensor fins with a solution, spraying with water, you can use this tool. Start at top of bottom and only slide parallel with the fins moving in one direction at a time. If the fins are too close together this is not as effective and may tear some of the fins. Depending on the tines width and condition, this process can take awhile.

> 3 dayI did have to clean the metal brush a little to get the bristles to move. Very good at cleaning the coils and keeping the fins straight.

> 3 dayI was nervous about buying this product after reading many of the reviews. Not putting those people down they just didnt quite know what they didnt know. There are no instructions and I can understand seeing all the combs stuck together might seem like its not supposed to be like that. One reviewer claimed they were soldered together. Theyre definitely not soldered together the reason they are stuck together is that they are all cut with a sheer while they are in a bunch and this is likely specifically done so that the combs dont start going in all directions they stay nice and neat if theyre stuck together. They also have a plastic piece that will help keep the combs stuck together if they do happen to start coming apart. They are definitely meant to be stuck together. Do not pull them apart! Its extremely easy to use. Just rake it up along the vent without a lot of pressure and whala all the gunk is gone. Then follow it up with the soft brush and youll get a little bit more removed. Then I recommend using a foam ac vent cleaner and then rinse with water. It will be like brand-new after that process.

16-11-2024These tools worked great for me. I dont think it would have been possible to clean my window units as thoroughly without them.

> 3 dayThe metal one kept breaking so then we would trip the top of them. Then all of those little rods completely came out of the handle.

> 3 dayThis was a waste of money. caused more damage to the fins rather than straightening them back out. I ended up using a stiff brush and it worked pretty good. I slowly wiggled the bristles into the fins then slowly pulled down. This tool was way too stiff and did not conform to may fins. I tried to bend then slightly side to side, but not very successful

Greater than one weekTo clean my rv ac condenser, i used a cleaning product and this product, it is pretty useless. The brush is no where near stiff enough. The fin straightener work a little, not that effective.
