The brush worked well but the comb didn’t seem to work. Tried to comb the coils and it seemed to bend them more.

This smooshed the fins. :/

the metal brush is basically bunch of wires soldered together ... most likely to destroy the fins in coil ... the plastic brush is the cheapest kind you will ever find ... description also indicates 2 which does not mean there will 2 packs of these ... which in this case may be a good thing.

I did have to clean the metal brush a little to get the bristles to move. Very good at cleaning the coils and keeping the fins straight.

Purchased to straighten out hail damage to a Midea U style window AC. Couldnt work the comb between the fins without bending more of them. Might work better for other applications, so your mileage may vary.

I found it very difficult to getting it into the coils. It bent more than it fixed. I found that an actual hair comb worked very well. Broke a 2in section off a hair comb and worked a few teeth into an area of coils. Watch some you tube videos.

Ive owned one of these before and it worked great. This one how ever is not the same and it worthless. Does more harm to the fins than good. Im sending it back this afternoon.

Did not straighten the fins on my AC. Totally useless, could be used for other things, just don’t know for what right now.
