I need this much vitamin c because nursing school slowed my workout down. If I dont work out that much my immune system gets weaker. Also, I eat outside sometimes since I am always busy with nursing school and work, so that makes it worse. I started getting cold and cough, so I definitely need something for my immune system. This greatly helps!

So since I dont have an identical twin and cannot make a duplicate of myself, I have no control group to compare against... but it seems like when I take these, I get fewer colds.
