> 3 dayIve done Bose, Ive done Beats, and Ive done a lot of things in between, but none have made me feel quite as reverent towards the music Im listening to as these bad boys. Dont be a price snob. These cans sound amazing on just about any type of music and you dont have to dump your wallet out to get some remarkable sound quality. I have went from Eric Whitacre choral music to EDM and the response and clarity hasnt let me down in either. Two thumbs way up.

Greater than one weekThe AKG K240 pairs very well with the JBL LSR305, perhaps too well as they sound almost identical. The 55 Ohms is perfect for most audio interfaces. Entry level audio interface, entry level studio monitors and entry level studio headphones, makes sense.

Greater than one weekI bought the same model set (Made in Austria) about 30 years ago and these sound, feel and seem just as sturdy as my other set. (Still working and used daily) These are quite flat and add very little coloring to the audio spectrum. I use them as my check the mix for comparison to my studio monitors and other sound sources.
