Beautiful suitcase but its not durable! Used it once and the zipper popped

Very happy with this purchase. Unique exterior, very light construction but still sturdy with strong zippers. Moves beautifully on level carpet and all hardwood/laminate floors. Normal challenges on carpeted slopes, but wide handle keeps your second personal bag in place. Fits wheels first in most airplanes, and sideways on smaller commuter flights. Would by again, WILL buy the checked luggage size.

Something was all over the luggage and my daughter needed it to fly the day after it came. Her luggage was ruined on the way home for the holidays. I would not have got this expensive set but I had to because it was the only one that would arrive on time. Now I’m stuck with it and I can’t get those marks off.

I ordered this in what appeared to be a dark gray. When it finally arrived, it is more of a silver with a lavender undertone. I dont mind the color but I think the rose gold zipper pulls and handles look a little cheap. I bought this set to replace my largest Coolife set that I bought at the end of 2021. On a recent trip to Iceland, the zipper on my largest case broke. Fortunately I had packed a luggage strap as an afterthought or I would have been in big trouble! So, a new set was in order because I could no longer trust the other 2 Coolife pieces. Delsey has a good reputation and these looked elegant with a sale price I couldnt ignore. I havent used them yet but I plan on taking them on a 2 week European cruise in July. Heres hoping that they will hold up through all the airports and cruise line staff throwing them around. I will update once I have used them.

I picked the blue color specifically for my daughter, but am now returning it for the “red” set instead which is actually more like plum. Otherwise, the features and style seem great. I can’t vouch for durability since we haven’t used them yet.

Lasted 2 vacations so far, without problems. Attractive, rather unique surface design. Inside, it lacks zippered compartments. Use your own lock, as it does not have one.

The wheels are great, it’s not too heavy. It did scratch first time out.

Happy to get some new suitcases. They seem sturdy and each have the TSA locks. Im looking forward to seeing if they withstand the test of time.
