Alexis Lightweight Luggage, Large Expandable Spinner Double Wheel Hardshell Suitcases with TSA Lock, Navy, Checked-Large 29-Inch

This product was sold as a 29 suitcase. The suitcase we received was labelled as a 27 suitcase. When I approached the company they said that the wheels add the extra 2 inches. This is misleading and false advertising. The suitcase itself is fine, just not what we ordered. We ordered a second suitcase from the same company and got a completely different suitcase to that we ordered. I do not know what is going on over there but its not good.

This was a Christmas gift . My mother liked the suitcase very much. She found it easy to push around and handle. Easy to pack and keep clothing separately nicely.

Dont count on the description being accurate. Instead read through the 300 comments to find the true dimensions of the carryon product. The description said it was a 21 carryon with overall length about 24. The overall length is about 21 so that makes the inside capacity about 18 length.

Im very disappointed that the first time I used it the TSA lock wouldnt open after I had tried it several times before my flight. To spend that kind of money on supposedly the best luggage then not be able to get it open when I arrived at my destination was very upsetting. My son was able to get it open so I would have clothes to wear. It was the largest one that it did it on. The medium bag worked great. Not happy.

I purchased this set in late April 2021 , the first trip I took one of the rollers came off , I realize that the airlines can be tough but to have this happen on the first trip was totaly unexpected , so I contacted the manifacture on their web site to get it repaired or at least a replacement roller , I even offered to pay for it and the shipping , at first they ask for some infomation and wanted some numbers off of a tag that they claimed was in the bag , but upon inspection there was no tag sewn into the inside of the bag i explained this and supplied them with the pictures above ,the paper tag that was attached to the handle when it arrived and th cloth tag that had their name on it (the only tag sewn in the bag) and they have stopped even returning my inquiries , since the missing roller renders this bag useless because the bag will not roll it jus wants to tip , the bag preformed well except for the roller , but with out the roller its just a empty piece of junk . and customer assistance is POOR !
