Product is excellent

I cant honestly give it 5 stars untested; but from picture to in hand is exactly what I ordered! The storage bag had enough room to fit my snatchblock aswell, so that was a happy added bonus! The strap looks quality, and I cant tell how strong the powdercoat on shackles will be, but for the price of the kit; I dont care as long as it works!

Great kit, exactly as described. 1st kit, said was delivered, spoke to mail lady, never came. Spoke to customer service, had in the mail same day & I got it 2 days later. I would recommend the kit.

Just received package and everything is exactly as described and seems to be great quality. I really like that it is all packed in an easy to store bag.

I bought this only because my chain was too short to do much good. I used it today to pull a coworker out of a ditch. It worked great.

Haven’t broken it yet. It seems like high quality webbing and stitching. Time will tell, the shackles feel heavy and durable, I trust them to work when needed and they haven’t let down. If you live somewhere with snow/ice then this is a worthwhile purchase if you ever need to be pulled out of a ditch

This is a product I purchased for my overlanding adventures, the quality of the strap and shackles are top notch. I haven’t had the opportunity to use them yet but know when I do it will get me out of a tough spot.

I rated the quality of the products in the kit with 5 stars. The reason why the 2 star overall rating is because of the condition that the packaged arrived. The factory box came in a ripped condition. The carry case in which the individual items arrived was covered with mold spots all over the outside. It is poor business and unsafe to the customers who have to open the package and handle the product. I happened to have a hospital grade non-toxic bio-degradable disinfected that kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and mold. See attached pictures.
