Works perfectly right out of the package, had it in two days. Just make sure you have the right model code an you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered this to replace the remote that my dog chewed up. The serial numbers matched and there was no programming required. I pressed power and the system turned on with all previous settings. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the back cover doesn’t click on and stay very well. With general use it’s fine but if you drop it or move it too quickly it will slide back. Not a big enough reason to return.

Well... The dog chewed up the original remote to my sound bar. I found this replacement. It was identical to the original. Once it arrive, I put the batteries in it and it worked just like new. I am very happy with the purchase. Will purchase again if we forget and leave it down where the puppy can chew it up. :)

Exactly like the remote I lost.

All I had to do was plug in the batteries and it was good to go. Perfect replacement for my SB3621N-E8. (I still cant find the old remote .. dont know if my dog hid it or what.)

We used this item for our sound bar. It works great. Some shows we watch, it sounds like they are in the house coming through the wall. Love this!!!
