Was only able to make a few cuts before the bit began to wear down to the point it was unusable when cutting purpleheart inlays.

Was excited to step up to a 1/4 60 degree bit from 1/8. This bit only last one sign cutting yellow pine. Broke one minute into the second sign. My 1/8 bit cut 22 signs so far and is still going strong with the same settings. Bit is junk as far as I am concern. Waste of my money and time.

This bit is off the chart. Great accuracy and outlasts a traditional carbide bit. Using it on a CNC cutting lots of hard mesquite. Worth the money. Just dont hit your clamps and trash the bit.

Using it to make signs with just a Dewalt DCW600 and follow it up with a 1/4 end mill bit. Works great with zero issues. With Amana bits Ive always had great results.

Ok, first time using one of these. I made a few test cuts on oak with lettering. they were small letters and it worked great. So I decided to try some bigger cuts and it had no problem cutting 1/4 in deep in a single pass with no burning of the wood or chatter. I was cutting at 400mm a min and it worked great
