Amazon Basics Clear Bubble Umbrella - City

I was waiting for awhile for it to rain and it finally did! This is a nice sturdy umbrella. i wasn’t too sure of the material because it is plastic, but it is strong when opened up;. My little one likes to use this so she can hug it and still see through it! It opens up with a push of the button but you have to pull the top down to close it. Decent umbrella.

Got this for my daughter to use. She is 8 and wants to be more independent of course. It is light weight and perfect size for her.

Opens up fast and well. Easy to close. Its not compact, but the curved handle makes it easy to just hang on your arm or doorknob when not using it. Its nice to have the extra light and bee able to see a little more with the clear plastic. Of note though, since the plastic is not super thick, you do have to be careful with the wrap around strap so that you dont accidentally tear the umbrella panel.

Oh what a pretty umbrella was what my wife said when I opened the box. It is good looking (for an umbrella) with bright colors for a dark, rainy day. It opens quickly with the touch of a button to its full 35 inch size. It closes easily. It seems well made, the ribs are some kind of plastic or fiber glass but dont seem flimsy. The umbrella skin is a transparent plastic. Time will tell how well it holds up under use. I havent tested it under windy, rainy conditions yet but if appearances matter it looks like it will do ok.

I love it and it’s adorable

I ordered the basic clear dome umbrella to keep by my front door for when I take my dogs out on rainy days. I love the fact that its clear and so plain, because I can leave it out near the door, and it doesnt clash with my decor or look much like clutter (kinda blends into the background.) This umbrella is basic and easy to pop open and also pull shut securely. The dome shape comes down far enough that the wind doesnt grab it and try to turn it inside out. I love that its totally clear for added visibility, because I dont get much of a shadow when I use it at night with just my porch lights on, and I can see what Im doing when I take my dogs out. The only downside is that this isnt one of those super compact umbrellas that folds down into itself, so its not the kind of thing Im planning to keep in the car or carry around with me much, but for home use, its stellar. Id definitely recommend it.

If youre looking for a lightweight and easy to operate bubble umbrella, this is the one for you! Its a well-designed product with all of the quality and functionality you can expect from an Amazon Basics product. The automatic button nicely opens the umbrella and it closes up just as easily. The plastic handle and frame are well-molded and sturdy, and the elongated U-handle is very easy to grasp. I love having a clear canopy though and found the material was thin yet protective. In heavier rain I like being able to hold the umbrella closer to my head to better keep dry while also allowing unobstructed vision. The umbrella is very lightweight and easily transportable, but in severe or windy conditions this can be a bad thing. It catches the wind very easily and without a windbreak in the canopy it has a tendency to pull away fast. This is a fault of many bubble-style umbrellas though, but something worth keeping in mind if you live in frequently stormy areas.

Its a nice and cute umbrella with a button to push to open. easy to open and easy to close. The shape is good for one person, and the colorful stars make a rainy day more fun.
