Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

I ordered this case together with My Passport 1 TB by WD. It’s definitely the perfect size, with a snug fit to avoid movement. The mesh pocket can fit more than just the cable for those who need it to. I wish it came in different colors (like red, to match the drive), but I like that it is orange inside.

I have other items from AmazonBasics that Ive been really impressed with (especially the portable electronics organizer, which is a do-it-all for flights). I ordered this expecting the same quality at a great price, and I wasnt dissappointed. This is a perfect size for my WD Elements drive, and it also fits an older WD drive of mine as well. It provides very good protection, the sides are very tough and rigid and the fabric is tightly woven, providing an additional layer. I like the addition of netting on one side, where I can keep my micro USB cable wound up. And you certainly cant beat the price!

Worked with my external hard drive perfectly. Has a pocket to keep the cord as well. It has kept my hard drive safe through many plane trips and transfers from bag to bag.

Perfect carrying case for small external drive. On the inside the drive is held in place by an elastic strap and the cable is held in place on the opposite side by webbing. Good quality. No cons, as far as I could see.

I bought this case to use for my WD and it works really good. I travel a lot and never have an issue when I put it in my backpack or luggage.
