It looks good but several of the holes are too small for the screws so while forcing the screws in the color of the switch plate gets messed us and scratched. Several of the screws are not flush and stick out a bit because of the issues.

Hard to find a quadruple toggle switch plate cover ANYWHERE! Thankfully, Amazon to the rescue!! Replaced original contractor plastic white plate covers. Looks GREAT! No problems with the screws fitting properly! Thank you!!

This may work for you, but didnt for me. I knew going in that I didnt have the exact gang configuration for this anywhere in my home, but thought it would work on an outlet/switch combo. In theory it should have, and after removing the old white wall plate, it did fit over the switch and outlets just fine. I like the refined antique brass finish. The problem came when trying to screw it on. While the screws holes over the outlet section aligned just fine, the two above and below the switch are placed just a little too far apart. You may be able to see this my comparison photo. So I wasnt able to install the plate after all, which is a shame. I dont know if this is a manufacturing defect, but I would think the placement of the screw holes should be standard. Two plates come in each box and are well packaged. ~ Kort

It fit perfectly with the homes 1930s switches. Looks really good. Good quality. I recommend this product
