Bad design. Carry handles should be on the other side. Strap crosses zipper so you have to take strap off to open. Would have given another star or two except that I have to pay to return.

These things are popular and I know why. Each bag holds way more than I expected, theyre light weight and fit in the overhead compartment easily. Our formal clothes traveled well and without any wrinkling. The only drawback? A lot of people have them and you have to be careful when pulling out of the bin to make sure you have yours.

Not wide enough to accommodate shirts. To many hangars will overload hook.
