AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler - YD2600BBAFBOX

So far this CPU has been a great upgrade for me. My previous rig was a 1660S and a i5 7500. The bottleneck was unreal. I would play any newer games (2018 and up) and they would freeze. I downloaded rivatuner to see what was happening and what I saw was my cpu would hit 100%. When hitting 100% my games would freeze for about 10 seconds. Well after getting 2600 the issue is gone. Not only do my games perform better but the cpu can handle a lot more you throw at it. This is a VERY good cpu if you have a tight budget. My bottleneck was almost 40% with the i5 and now it’s about 2%. I didn’t know the extra 2 cores and 8 threads I got from this would help as much as it did. However, make sure you have good ram. I’m currently using 2400mhz and upgrading to 3200. Apparently you can get a massive performance jump. Also make sure you install the amd Master Utility. My pc detected only 2 cores from the CPU and my pc was slow. Installed the Utility, restarted and it unlocked the other cores. All in all a great cpu!

First of all if you know very little about AMD processors and are afraid it will be different to Intel ones, there is 0 difference. This chipset does not have onboard graphics (as far as i know) so a GPU will be required to use the Ryzen 2600. Its incredibly easy to install into the motherboard and the cooler works extremely well at keeping temps low. This processor does everything it says on the box and is easily comparable to the Intel i5 7500 (From my experience), although it has 2 extra cores which can be very useful in certain applications. For gaming this processor works flawlessly and I could not recommend it higher for people of all kinds of rigs, its price for the performance is legendary. I have it paired with a Gigabyte 1060 6gb G1 and this processor amazingly with it, im safe to say ill have to upgrade my GPU before processor. I couldnt be happier with the performance of this processor, it performs similar to Intel processors that cost a lot more (based on benchmarks i have seen). If your building a rig that needs a powerful processor or just a general gaming rig, this will do you perfectly. 6 cores and 12 threads clocked at 3.4 stock and 3.9 boost for under 200 pounds! Some reviews of motherboards say that you have to flash some B350 motherboards if they are part of the old stockpile so i went with a B450 which supports them straight out the box as they are newer and it worked the first time i turned it on. This is an amazing processor for gaming and productivity.

Cpu appena inferiore al 2600x, ma da preferire perché del tutto gestibile da un dissipatore da 30 euro (lasciare perdere quello stock). A differenza del 2600x, modello forzato dalle esigenze commerciali, che per qualche misero punto percentuale in più di prestazioni abbisogna di un raffreddamento di alto livello (e alto costo) a causa delle tensioni folli, questo si può usare addirittura per un HTPC, tanto rimane fresco. Se proprio lo si vuole si può sempre overclockare raggiungendo anche le frequenze del 2600x senza rinunciare ai risparmi enegetici. Per me il miglior Ryzen come prezzo/prestazioni.

A diferencia del i5 8400 debes configurarlo un poco para sacarle el 100% del rendimiento, sino se queda algo por detrás. A 1,35V se puede poner entre 4,0 y 4,1GHz, dependiendo de lo bueno que salga. También incluye disipador y ahora mismo se encuentra mucho mas barato que el modelo de intel.
