> 24 hourIve topped this CPU with Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 150W and now enjoying with constant squeal of a circular saw. This CPU is very hot, not only in the games, but even when You are opening a page on the Internet. Needs a solid power cooler.

> 24 hourThis cpu is powerful for its price. It runs the games I need it too and never gets above 40% usage with my everyday tasks and games. My only complaint is when I do stress this cpu in testing stability, it throttles after reaching max temp. I use an AIO and I’m not sure if I bought a 360 instead of a 240 it would keep it cool. AMD says this is normal but I wonder about the longevity of it.

> 24 hourUpgraded from a i7 8700, and it was a much needed performance improvement. It does run quite a bit hotter than some older CPUs, but DONT BE ALARMED! The 7000 series are all built to operate at 95 degrees C, so anything under that is perfectly fine and normal. Regardless, the only time those temps were even approached was with a run of cinebench r23, so youll never reach temps that high during gaming or regular use.

> 24 hourThis cpu is a beast. Any compute related tasks are handled with ease...provided you have got a good come for it.

> 24 hourGets a little warm but that was to be expected. Runs everything I need like a champ and was a good value for me.

> 24 hourSo far so good, runs all my games with a huge increase in performance has more than enough power and it also runs cool under a Deepcool ak620 cooler looking at 68 celcius under full load.

> 24 hourAnnoyed I pulled the trigger on this and I cant even find a responsibly priced motherboard. Now you can pick up a 13600KF for $309, and its significantly more powerful. Personally Im thinking about just returning my 7600x and picking up the 13600k. AMD should be charging around $200-225 for this tops.

> 24 hourLet me start off by saying I put together my am5 build for my sons computer. I couldnt decide between 13th gen Intel or this at the 300 price point. Honestly the Intel is a better performing processor and more versatile BUT eats much more power. This is the right entry point for AM5.
