Ottimo processore, per chi vuole alye prestazioni in produttività e non vuole spendere un capitale

My son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas, rather than just give him a pre-built system I thought it would be more educational to get the bits then have him learn how to build a PC. For the cost this processor was ideal, multiple cores and threads, and enough grunt for him to run his game and twitch in the background. To add to the value this processor comes with a cooler, already thermal pasted up and for an 11 year old the added bonus of being lit with red LED.

I think ryzen 7 is better of gaming is not your genre , I am a programmer, multitasking an heavy lifting softwares like android studio running several emulator and simulator are part of the job , so extra thread and cores come handy . Go for it !

Ive always liked AMD processors. While this one is last generation and not the top of the line, its a snappy little thing with lots of umph. Havent given it a thorough workout yet, but have no complaints from what I have seen.

Here it’s showing boost frequency is 4.1 ghz but it go upto 3.4ghz after ryzen5 2600 performance is better then this.

Its a processor. It’s pretty quick, the supplied fan isn’t too noisy, is partly illuminated and is a better deal for many on a cost/performance basis.

Works great for gaming. No issues

Great cpu especially for the price and would recommend but putting the fan cooler on can take some man handling so look out for that.
