Im happy so far with this chip, the fan has pre-applied thermal paste and is easy to install, its also rather RGB pretty with two added cables if you want to control this feature; its also really quiet. I havent put it through its paces yet (all in good time).

I purchased this CPU to be the heart of my new home workstation. I mated it to an ASUS ROG Strix B550A with an XFX RX 6700XT Graphics card. I did a quick tune to slightly overclock it to 4050 MHZ with no problems at all. This CPU is a beast with out a lot of power and heat--with a TDP of only 65 watts! I mainly use it to edit 4K and 1440K videos for our churchs YouTube channel with Wondershare Filmora 12! when Filmora 12 really pushes this CPU to its limit--100% on all 16 threads! The hottest this CPU gets is 68c under full load with the stock air cooler! I love the colorful RGB air cooler that came with it too!

Very worthy upgrade from my 6500, and my CPU can handle whatever I throw at it. All my programs built really fast from source thanks to all those cores and the CPU power. Overall, very solid purchase to go along with my 5700XT GPU

This is obviously during setup, but only picture I have. Runs every game I want to effortlessly and the temperature inside my case is always where I want it to be. Highly recommended.

It is very very good so far no problems with it, but you would be advised not to get a X470 motherboard or below if you want to get this, unless you want a great deal of running around with AMD. Two major snags with it, updating the BIOS and getting the Boot Kit from AMD, and the length of time it took them to get it out to me, I was waiting for a month.
