Got an open box, although i ordered a brand new CPU, whats more interesting is that the box has only the cooling fan, total rip off

This Processor Rocks. My son is a Huge fortnite player. He said the processor keeps him running at 160FPS end game.

Great CPU just like the 3700x! However usually its a bad value compared to its little brother but if you can get a deal on it, its a no brainer to fork up the extra 10 dollars for the 3800x.

Got mine on sale for 419$ only 20 dollars canadian more then the 3700x on sale. So happy got the factory binned chip. 4.4 ghz at 1.256v stable prime95 all tests, cinebench r20, gaming.

This is my 3rd Ryzen, 1400 -> 2600 -> 3800x, with the old processors flowing down through two other systems (yay AM4!). Upgrading was effortless. Have an AIO on the 3800, as well as the system the 2600 went into (itx), so the included cooler is now on the older 1400.
