> 3 dayFast, runs fairly cool, overclockable. An easy choice over current equal Intel products due to as good/better capabilities at a lower price.

> 3 dayUpgraded from a 1700x@4125 to drive my 1080p@144hz monitor and could not be happier. I have it overclocked, in my custom loop to [email protected] paired CL16 3600mhz ram and 1080ti(2101/6100) and it obliterates everything at 1080p. Its stable at [email protected], but I will keep that in my back pocket for my next GPU. I am also noticing better 1% lows at higher resolutions, which was unexpected. I would say for anyone still on 1st gen Ryzen the 3000 series would be an absolute upgrade for 1080p gaming.

Greater than one weekThe CPU is definitely enough for what I currently need for 3d modeling, graphic design, and gaming. It was cheap when I brought it so it was bang for the buck better than 3700x. It is paired with an RTX 2070 so it can run most games at medium to high-resolution 144Hz.

> 3 dayWarning: this cpu runs hot! Out of the box I was getting 40c to 50c using the stock cooler. I was concerned, but apparently the chips architecture makes it idle higher, faster than other chips. This was an upgrade from an old FX 8370 and the performance gap is unbelievable! Highly recommend, but dont panic when you monitor your temps in the bios and see it starting out at 42c.
