I bought it for creating and illustrating 3DCGs. Graphics related tools are not able to use GPU assistance for UI operations and some filter operations. CPU performance is important in these situations, and the 3900X allows me to work without stress. You can feel the high performance of the CPU.

Buen rendimiento, el ruido del ventilador que viene con el procesador no es mucho, en última instancia se puede cambiar por líquido

Rispetto alli5 che avevo prima è un bel passo in avanti, in Cinebench sono passato da 750 punti a 7000. La ventola del dissipatore stock si sente quando il processore scalda comunque non è fastidiosa più di tanto. Bello leffetto RGB anche se inutile...

After 3 months, Amazon still cant seem to get the product titles correct for these new CPUs. Fortunately, the description details matched what I wanted. This was in fact the AMD Ryzen 9 3900x which is a 12-core processor (NOT 8-core as the current description suggests).

Je viens de passer dun Ryzen 7 2700 à ce Ryzen 9 3900X et je ne regrette pas.

Passant dun 6300fx à un ryzen 9 3900x jai eu limpression de voyager sur une autre planète. Tout est plus rapide et performant, je men sers pour mon travail dingénieur son donc pour la Mao, et cest parfait, plus de latence (laugmention de la ram y joue aussi) et surtout plus de bug dû à une surcharge cpu, même avec une soixantaine de pistes ouvertes et remplies à craquer de divers traitements et effets, tout roule, cest un pur plaisir.
