AMERICAN TOURISTER Pop Max Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Navy, 3-Piece Set (21/25/29)

Bought this for my grandson who travels a lot and he LOVES it!

I didn’t like it at all. This is my experience just after one time using this luggage. The wheels broke and made my trip awful.

I put it in trash in airport so I don’t have any pictures

Got the purple color and I love them! Perfect sizes and GREAT VALUE

This is a nice luggage set, which I expect to last. Whats to like: + The color stands out at baggage claim (I got the teal) + Spinner wheels - pretty standard now, but still a great feature + Expansion baffles on each bag + Easy to use extending handle, and good locations for other handles The 10 year warranty seems to cover manufacturing only (which is a little hollow since youll probably check them as soon as they arrive for manufacturing defects and unless they fall apart, you arent likely to know what caused the trouble). Anyway, I have no complaints. I tend to hold the fifth star for unusual excellence. Im perfectly happy with these so far (but havent had them long). My first set of American Tourister luggage was for college (long ago), and took serious abuse (like way over-packing and then relying on the zippers to compress as well as close). I just got rid of them when these arrived. If these stand up half as well as they did, Im in for a great value. I expect good life, but will update this review is something disappoints.

I used this luggage one time and the top of the big piece has already come apart. I will not be able to use this set again.

We have similar set from AT we purchased in 1993; it’s got bumps and bruises but still great shape after almost 30 years, Purchased this set for our daughter, color is great, and looks to be same design, hopefully same quality! One nice upgrade from ours, wheels spin all directions.

Dislikes: Two zipper pulls were missing. One inside the large suit case and one on the outside. The small suitcase was also missing a zipper pull on the inside. Very strong chemical odor. Luggage soaked up water in the rain. Likes: lightweight, wheels glide nicely. Nice color purple

These bags tip over when fully loaded. How do I return them for a refund
