broke after 1st trip

After one use one piece has a broken zipper and another has large tear along the seam. After contacting American Tourister they want pieces shipped back at my expense and they will decide IF they will repair or replace it. So the 10 year warranty they offer is 100 percent subjective on IF they think they should replace it. I would have expected this brand to last more than ONE use without damage.

Love how easy it is to roll. Previous luggage had wheel issues and really like how easy this was to manage for our trip. We used the large 29 inch and 25 inch for a recent 8 day trip. They held up well and have all the necessary pockets. I consider this set the best I of all the previous sets of luggage I have owned (approx 4). I got the purple set and the color is great for easy to find.

Appeared as well designed, attractive luggage. When fully packed, and not extended it falls over easily with just a tap or a bump on the handle. Forget about tying the inside straps if you pack 90%+ (without extending zipper, which would be worse). It is impossible to snap the straps. When unsnapping it shot like a bullet! NO JOKE! Cost too much to return. To be clear, we have ONLY used the small size (which we bought an extra for carry one), so I dont know about the other two sizes and wont use them until later this summer. THE HANDLE TIP OVER IS BIG. Tthe larger sizes should not do this, as they are taller and wider. The zippers can catch on the corners occasionally, but I think that can happen on most. If you nest them for storage, FORGET ABOUT IT. It took all my strength to get the middle one in the larger one, and some pain pulling on the corners to tuck it in. Never buy this brand and model.

The small suitcase is too large to pass for a carry on, which is irritating. The medium size does not nest easily - in fact, it is near impossible to get it to nest inside the large suitcase. Only have used the large and medium, both are roomy. Only used for 2 trips, these feel cheap, but hoping they surprise me and last a long time.

Beautiful and exactly what I expected

Had to return the American Tourister(21/25/29) as these dimensions are the inside of the cases.The outside is what the airlines use for compliance so add a couple of inches to that measurement. The carry on is not acceptable and a review that I read stated the largest bag is not compatible either. It was unfortunate because the appearance and quality seemed very nice.
