I had been looking for something better for my sons rabbits hay. Something to keep the hay mess to a minimum. I found this after going through 3 other hay feeders. I love this one. Not only does it hold the hay in, but you can put pellets at the bottom so it does double duty. It also holds enough hay for more than just a day or two. Would definitely recommend this product.

I have an oldie girl that would sit in her hay (we had them free roam piles of hay) and this caused some bad urine scald. We decided to try this item. Was worried they could move it but NOPE! The girls love their new toy and getting the hay out is fun. My girl is doing much better and healing up after a vet visit. My herd of four love it and can stand around just fine.

The product is designed very well and durable. Our rabbit has no problem getting his hay from the feeder.

I have two towers that I use in my largest guinea pig house where I have 4 girls and plan to get another one for the smaller house where 2 girls live. I love it and the girls love it but I would not recommend using the bottom for pellets! As you can see from the photo, this tower still does not prevent them from pulling out the hay and the bottoms quickly get covered up. But they are great for the girls to gather around and not fight over the hay. They cannot get stuck in it from what I can tell and they are sturdy. The lids stay loose but they are at the top and are fine. I love that its natural wood and that it holds a good amount of hay.

Our guinea pigs love getting hay from this feeder and it keeps the entire cage much cleaner. Good purchase,

There is nothing else to say but I love the hay feeder. I have guinea pigs (2) and would constantly be filling their hay. This hay feeder is perfect. I only replace it about once a week if at that. It is well built, very sturdy wood that I know will last a life time. I would purchase again. If your thinking of a hay feeder for a small animal. This is it. It may look bigger than your normal feeder when you get it. But it’s because we are so used to small feeders. Now that I have had it for a few months it doesn’t look big to me anymore. It is perfect.
