> 3 dayI love Anker products. I bought a set for me when my cord went bad. I was so happy with them I had to get enough for the family. My boys are especially hard on electronic equipment. Most of the cables are still in one piece. My youngest son had to find out what was inside the cable.

> 3 dayI bought this twin pack and realised after a while that one of the cables was disconnecting with a small bit of upwards pressure in to the plug. Contacted the Anker Warranty Support through Amazon and, after sending the correct info that was asked for via an email, received a replacement that was better due to them having no stock of the standard one. They didnt make me wait for the same one to come into stock and the whole process was very easy with quick replacement and excellent customer service. I will endeavour to order Anker products as much as I can due to my personal opinion of the quality of the products, backed up by excellent customer service. Thanks Anker.
