Greater than one weekUpdate: the day after I posted my first review Anker contacted me via email and said they wanted to send me another and requested my mailing address. I sent that info and never heard back. I sent status emails asking when it will be sent and still no reply from Anker. I instead I went through Amazon I got a refund. ————— I didn’t think to check to make sure this adapter works before i left on my trip. I arrived yesterday and plugged my iPad pro11, and iPhone 11 as I went to sleep. The light is on, adapter is bright so I assumed all was well. Wrong! I woke up a little while ago and my iPhone never charged. No, it’s not the outlet since iPad charged overnight. No, it’s the the cord because it works with my single plug at home. No good review here. My Suggestion if thinking of purchasing. Buy ahead of trip so you can make sure it works and have time to get another if it doesn’t. I love the Anker brand but hate when I get a dud
