> 3 dayI’m glad I purchased this unit prior to purchasing a new iPhone. It worked as promised with very fast recharging my phone and iPad quickly. It is excellent for traveling though a bit larger than Apple fast chargers and it’s heavier size makes it a little tough to stay in some switch plates. It’s a little top heavy. That said, if you get it into a tight fitting switch plate or can prop it easily, this is a fast, convenient twofer.

Greater than one weekBought 9/19 and on 5/20 the USB-c port stopped working. Up until then I didnt have any issues except the one where it comes out from the wall easily as reported by others. After updating my review Anker support offered to replace it and all seemed well. Updated 8/20 The replacement received in May now has the same issue. The initial symptom is that it appears the cable may be loose or faulty and the charging becomes interrupted and then resumes but now it stopped altogether again. Im hoping to pull up the original support email and contact them again and see what options there are. They were great to work with before and Im more than happy to send this one and the original (they didnt want it last time) so they can look at these and see what the issue is. Updated 9/20 Anker replaced or again. So far so good. At the very least they stand behind their products. Regardless of this situation I will still be a customer.

> 3 dayBought this so that I could charge my Macbook Pro as it states it can. If Im not using the laptop, then it can definitely charge it, but if Im using it, then it can just barely charge it. If its any heavy use, then it actually decharges while being plugged in. So overall, a horrible charger for a USB-C laptop and at the price point Im very disappointed.
