Easily puts out enough power to simultaneously charge an iPad and an iPhone. We used this device on a cross-country trip and it came in very handy keeping all our devices charged up.

The unit charges my iPhone 6+ while using Google Maps and with providing hotspot for car passenger. No drop in battery charge %. Have not tested with both iPad and cell at same time.

Before this, I had a cheap $5 car charger that I picked up from FYE. It charged my phone so slowly! In fact, it charged slower than the rate at which the phone consumed battery, so eventually the phone would just shut off if the power was low. This Anker charger works great. Considering I wasted $5 on my old charger, Id have to say $10 is a steal for this, especially since it has two USB ports. I chose to buy this after googling best usb car chargers and this was the articles top recommendation. Pleased with my decision (unless it stops working for no reason, at which point I will have to amend this review haha)

Good car charger. Well built. Does the job.

My car USB outlets are slow chargers. This solves the issue and doubles the convenience. Go for it. Great for that plug inside the center console or on the dash. Looks cool.
