> 24 hourI havent used this yet but it looks really good for the price. Teflon coated so I know that water will bead right off. Its compact and a good size for personal travel. This is definitely a single person. Umbrella. I like the weight of it not flimsy at all. Also the auto open AND close is a plus. I hate when umbrellas say that theyre automatic but only open and you need to manually close it. Once I finally use it I will update the review once I have taken it out and see how it holds up during a good rain.

> 24 hourI bought this for my 10 year old to keep in his backpack but Im going to have to buy another umbrella instead. This umbrella is very hard to close. My 10 year old cant get it to close at all and even I have a hard time with it. It does feel sturdy but it is a very heavy umbrella. Its more of a keep in the car in case of emergency umbrella and not a keep in the backpack umbrella. It is not good for kids.

> 24 hourThis umbrella would have been everything but it stopped working after some months. It couldnt open well, and when you force it open, you struggle to close it up. Now it heading for the trash.

> 24 hourVery nice umbrella overall as my first impression without using it in the rain yet. It may not rain her for months, so I want an umbrella that is easy to store. Having the zip-up cover makes it easier to store and it is a compact umbrella although not 11.6 inches as advertised - actually 12+ inches long when collapsed. Also the handle is on the small side so I deducted 1 star for that. Pushing the button to close releases the tension on the canopy and allows the canopy to partially fold up. Then you have to manually push it from both ends to complete the closure. They do not have a company website. According to the attached warranty card, the lifetime guarantee is utilized by emailing them at a hotmail address. Hotmail.com went defunct years ago and is now Outlook.com. So whether there is actually anyone there to honor the guarantee is up in the air. But this may be the case with many umbrella sellers.

> 24 hourTook off one star because my daughter says sometimes it doesn’t open properly and she kind of has to close and restart- if that makes sense. But she said overall does the job around campus and it withstood stiff breeze test. No heavier winds tested yet though.

> 24 hourThis opens with one touch of the button. It has to be closed manually. Feels sturdy. Not the lightest umbrella by weight that I have, possibly because of the windproof factor. It is very convenient that it opens so easily. I did have opportunity to use it on a windy, rainy day, and it was strong against the wind.

> 24 hourWell made, solid construction and heavy weight (doesn’t seem like it will fold up in a wind) and love the opening mechanism! Highly recommend

> 24 hourThis umbrella is great and pretty well built. I usually use this for summer and winter. With the rain season approaching and the hot summers, this is definitely a good thing to have. I am not a fan of the hot sun or the heavy rain. The umbrella is pretty sturdy and I tried a wind resistant test and it holds up. Short of a tornado, it does not flip inside out from just sheer wind force which is nice for those windy rainy days. Even with the heavy winds in the bay area, this umbrellas held up pretty well. It does have enough room for max of two people and will cover the person however depending on the angle it will not cover your backpack. I tried walking around with this with my backpack on and the backpack still got a bit wet but I stayed bone dry which is nice. The switch is nice to have to collapse the umbrella. I am very happy with that. I do not have to close the umbrella down when my other hand is carrying my bag or books. It does not happen to splash water when it closes but careful when you reopen it. The button is not super sensitive. This is great because you will not be walking and all of a sudden the umbrella closes or opens on you. The water runs right off the umbrella and it does not take super long to dry which is nice. What is nice is that I am able to brush off most of the water making drying a lot easier. It does also come with a cover when it is being stored so you can keep it looking neat and organized. Overall I think this umbrella is great to have for sunny or rainy weather. It is light and compact while allowing for full coverage.
