The product works great. My cats took a couple of days to get used to a new thing in their home. I put it next to their regular water bowl, and in no time they were both trying out the fountain as well as drinking from the old bowl. After a couple of days, I took the old water bowl away. My 2 senior cats, 16 and 17 years old, drank the full amount of water in the fountain in one week. If you have more than one cat, check the water level after one week. Theres really no assembly to it. The inside is already assembled. All you have to do is soak the filter before inserting it into its holder, place the spout in position on the top, then place the top on the bowl part, and plug it in. I love stainless steel. Easy to clean, and the water stays cold longer. My cats love cold water from the fridge. The motor in the fountain does not scare the cats since it runs very quietly. I think its a quality product, and I recommend it to anyone who wants their pet(s) to have clean running water to drink every day.

I love the fountain,and is super QUIET my dogs are rescue so they are jumpy and easy to scare... is so quiet I dont even remember is there. Easy to set up and start running.

I wanted this to work. I had a water bowl down, but my cats prefer running water, so I bought this item. The problem is they havent touched it. They walk right by this unit, uninterested. I tried removing their water bowl to force them into using it, but that didnt work. The bottom line, they dont like it.

This thing is ridiculously quiet..looks much classier than the plastic fountains and very easy to put together..had to check it was even on several times because of how quiet it is lol...

Kitties Love It

My cat loves this fountain. We got him a stainless steel fountain recently and he is a big fan, so we decided to replace a plastic one with this one. He is on a diuretic so he needs to have water even more readily available so he can stay hydrated. Hes drinking more from this one than his plastic one. It fits nicely in a smaller space, looks nice, is super easy to set up, and isnt loud.

Ive had this for just a few days , but my cats wont drink from this yet :( and yea they are used to a fountain for running water

Great fountain for the cats. I only wish it had a window to see the water level. You have to take the lid off to check. Otherwise it is great.

So pleased with this Drinking Fountain! Kitty likes it and even just likes to watch the water!
