> 24 hourI had to look up directions to learn how to remove and then attach watch band. It was easy after I realized there is a small button on each side underneath the watch. Once I got the band on I am happy with the smaller size and it is not too small. It is comfortable, nice colors and I will enjoy wearing these. I recommend.
