The keyboard will not stay synced to the iPad- useless

It’s literally just like a computer I can’t love this enough I was debating between keeping the iPad and getting me a MacBook but this is just like a computer and wine I really do love it

Habe die Tastatur heute bekommen und bin begeistert. Als (noch) MacBook Besitzer kann ich sagen das man hier einen MacBook Ersatz hat. Selbst mit dem IPad Air. Für mich ist die Verarbeitung top. Da habe ich stand jetzt nichts zu Bemängeln. Die Tastatur ist Top und fühlt sich wie beim Klassischem MacBook an. Auch wenn ich die Tastatur als Teuer empfinde kann ich dennoch eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen, da man mit diesem Produkt einem MacBook Air sehr nahe kommt.

I was going to get the regular soft folio with keyboard and save the cash since my needs are light, but then... this went on sale to a mere $30 more than the folio. I figured what the heck, and splurged. SO GLAD I DID. This thing is amazing, at least at this price point (~$190). Yeah, the view angle range could be a bit more, but the ability to sort of toss it into place and start typing, then just click it off and read/draw/whatever is amaze balls. As soon as I opened the package and tossed my iPad Air onto it, I was sold. The charge port on the keyboard is more amazing than I thought it would be; I can use it as a charge stand in my kitchen, easily type stuff out real quick as needed, then grab it off to go do iPad stuff in the living room and not have to futz with charge cables.

I have a 4th generation iPad Air and with this keyboard I have managed to ditch my MacBook Pro. It has truly become a laptop replacement due to this keyboard but I am not a power-user. The iPad easily connects to it magnetically and it holds very well, it takes a little force to remove it so I don’t worry it will fall out even when I carry it around. The viewing angle is adjustable and I have not found a position where I couldn’t find a good angle. It is light and I like the feel of the keys. The keyboard is more compact than my MacBook Pro keyboard although the letter and number keys appear to be the same size they condensed it by shortening some of the other keys like the ENTER and SHIFT keys for instance. It also lacks an ESC key which I do miss at times as well as the FN key that I rarely use anyway. The keys are backlit with power from the iPad and there is a pass-through USB C power port to charge your iPad while it’s attached which frees up the USB port on the iPad for other uses. The keyboard also functions as a nice little protective case for your iPad. It took a few days to get used to this keyboard but it now feels natural to me. I am so happy I went this route instead of buying another more bulky MacBook and the touchscreen on the iPad makes it even better than my MacBook in my opinion. I also got the pencil which is nice but if I had to choose I would get this keyboard hands down.

Good investment and a solid mobile keyboard. Turns my iPad Air into a touchscreen netbook. I took off a star because the Magic Keyboard turns off the Siri feature when its closed. Why would you remove a key feature? They should also have placed a USB C port on the right side of the keyboard instead of just the left side.

Purchased this for my 16 year old daughter and she love it!!! She was amazed at how easy it was to attach her ipad 11 because it’s magnetic and the keys light up on the keyboard when it’s in a dark area. The typing of the keys are so clear and crisp. Best of all the keyboard does not need charging.

It really works better than any keyboard ive tried for the ipad pro. The keys are perfect and the trackpad works really well. It doesnt replace a laptop but it sure makes the Ipad Pro work better for typing and certain applications
