I was going to get the regular soft folio with keyboard and save the cash since my needs are light, but then... this went on sale to a mere $30 more than the folio. I figured what the heck, and splurged. SO GLAD I DID. This thing is amazing, at least at this price point (~$190). Yeah, the view angle range could be a bit more, but the ability to sort of toss it into place and start typing, then just click it off and read/draw/whatever is amaze balls. As soon as I opened the package and tossed my iPad Air onto it, I was sold. The charge port on the keyboard is more amazing than I thought it would be; I can use it as a charge stand in my kitchen, easily type stuff out real quick as needed, then grab it off to go do iPad stuff in the living room and not have to futz with charge cables.

Mal wieder nur fast perfekt. Das Magic Keyboard ist echt schick und fühlt sich gut an. Das war es dann auch schon fast. Man kann es leider nicht sehr weite nach hinten klappen (falls man mal aufsteht). Für den Apple Stift gibt es keine Möglichkeit ihn zu verstauen und es ist wohl auch nicht vorgesehen Stift und Tastatur zu kombinieren. Schade da wäre einiges mehr drin gewesen. Mit einer integrierten Power-Bank z.B. wären 5 Sterne drin gewesen.

I ordered four or five keyboards from Amazon because I didn’t want to spend this much, but none of them even compared. It literally turns the ipad into a macbook, 10/10.

Adds functionality to your iPad.

Absolutely love this keyboard. This is my first one so I don’t have another to compare but it works great and is definitely travel friendly. Can fold into a book size for easy access wherever you go. I mainly use it at home on my desk but if i needed to take this out, I’m glad i have that option to do so. The only con about it is that it is a little heavy but not to the point where it’s actually bothered me. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a portable keyboard for their iPad.

Ja klar, die Tastatur ist richtig teuer aber sie ist halt auch qualitativ das beste am Markt - zumindest mMn. Bis dato nach über einjähriger Benutzung überhaupt keine Probleme.

Love, love, love this keyboard. Makes using my Ipad much easier. Like using a computer keyboard. Since I am a good typist, it is easy and fast for me to type communications. Love the compact construction, but still easy to use. Don’t know how I managed with the touch screen keyboard prior to this purchase.

I tried about 5 different iPad keyboard cases, including Lenovo, in the hopes that this high priced apple option wouldn’t be my favorite. But it was a fail. First of all, the magnetic fit is just perfect. It holds perfectly but can be removed with ease when needed. It also has the best fit as far as the distance of iPad above keyboard. You can sit on the couch or in your car and type comfortably- other cases seem to only work well if sitting at a table. This is more portable. Again, my initial goal was to find a keyboard solution for my iPad that was at least somewhat as good as the Apple option because this baby is expensive. But after using the competitors, I found it was totally worth it.

If you have the right iPad, this keyboard makes it feel like a small computer. It connects immediately to your iPad Pro (latest model) or iPad Air4. The keys feel like a real keyboard. You can use it as a case, but I find it too heavy for everyday use, but you can. I got a case with an Easy on/ off backing, so I can change it out.
