I am very unhappy as we bought this keyboard and my daughter is using it for school work and she asked why it is not like usual keyboard.

This is a sharp looking keyboard. The iPad snaps on easily and the tilt holds into place very well. Almost too well, in fact. You need a good amount of effort to change the angle of the iPad. I would love for it to be able to go a little flatter - I believe the max angle is 130 degrees which is good for any desk but doesn’t give you that “canvas” feel if you want to draw using the Apple Pencil.

For those that dont want to bring a laptop wherever you go, the keyboard coupled with a iPad Air or iPad Pro is the answer. Full features of a computer, for note taking, video projection (with dongles or streaming) and communications - What would I do without this?

Anything Apple, means money but, I can say that this thing delivers. I’m confident it will last for years and has already become my preferred keyboard for my iPad Pro. Ironically, I am writing this review on that very keyboard and my wrist, fingers and forearms are very thankful. The keys respond very nicely to my input and I don’t have to work hard to move them, which reduces the risk for carpal tunnel syndrome. I like how smooth and ergonomically the keys are and because of how the keys give just the right amount of push back, means I can type for hours on this thing..I’ll get bored far quicker than I would of being tired for typing. Great buy, just wish Apple wasn’t such a costly following.

I got this about a week after I got my iPad Air, and it makes the iPad much easier to use. The keyboard is great - very solid clicky “feel,” useful trackpad, and backlit! I had a MacBook once without backlit keys and find the backlighting pretty essential, so I knew I wanted this. Caveat: due to Covid I didn’t try any other keyboard! It also works better to hold the iPad upright on my lap than the case I was using. It is nicely weighted and has a big enough base to be a much better case even if you’re not using the keypad.

i’m a college student and am absolutely loving the magic keyboard! i am not afraid of the ipad detaching from the keyboard as the magnets seems very strong. i also like that there’s another port on the keyboard so you’re able to charge your ipad through it! that helps free up the ipad’s port for other things.
