The filters arrived on time. They are great value for exact sponge filters that you need for any aquarium.

I cannot remember how long ago i purchased this but they are still up and going and running!! so easy to clean! Recommend these! Just make sure you get a worth while machine to go with them because the air pump machine doesnt come with.

I love these kinds of filters for bettas because theyre relatively gentle, but I think I may have gotten a defective one from this seller. The plastic tube that connects to the top of the filter didnt fit, so my filter is just spewing bubbles in a wider frame and more vigorously than it would if the bubbles were guided through the tube as intended. Overall though, its a good quality sponge, and my large betta doesnt seem to mind the extra surface agitation.

The water has gotten noticeably clearer since installing two of these in my aquarium. I run these along with the hang on the back I’ve had since the beginning. The only suggestion I would make is to add a air stone inside the sponge filter to reduce the size and noisiness of the bubbles (but that’s probably with any sponge filter I’m sure).
