Been using this for 6 weeks now. Put it right to use the day it was received. No problems at all. This unit will run for about 12 hrs for me. Once when humidity was a little higher than usual it did run for 22 hours, but usually only for 12 hrs. I use this unit for a bedroom mainly at night. My 6L unit I use in the main part of the house during the day through to the next day. You do need to know a little something about how to clean these units properly. IMO mild soap and water will not properly clean an ultrasonic humidifier. I have a 6L ultrasonic humidifier that Ive been using for several years now with no issues. No mold or mildew. The following is my cleaning routine that I do EACH WEEK on both my humidifiers. No need to do more often than once per week. FIRST: never let it sit while turned off with water sitting in it. If you are not going to run it then drain the water and dry out the mist tube with a twisted paper towel and let it sit open to dry. I also usually rinse the reservoir and then let it sit to dry. Second: My 6L unit came with specific cleaning instructions to fill the reservoir half full of water, about 3L, and add 1 tbsp of distilled vinegar. Slosh that around for 15 seconds and then place the reservoir on the base and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that time then I use an old toothbrush and Q-Tip to remove the loosened scale everywhere I can reach with those tools and rinse the unit. Do not in any way allow water to get into the air vent. For this AquaOasis unit, since it is 2.2L I put 1L of water in the reservoir with 1 tsp of distilled vinegar and do the same with this unit as my bigger one. Third: In my 6L unit I put in 3L water with 1/2 tbsp regular bleach and do the same sloshing around and then setting on the base for the same time as above. For this AquaOasis unit I put in 1L water and 1/2 tsp of bleach and slosh around and then let it sit on the base for 15 minutes. Then for both units I rinse away the bleach. Forth: I fill each reservoir as needed and set the reservoir on the bases and turn the units on. Every day (per instructions with my 6L unit) I drain any water remaining in the tanks and refill with fresh water before turning back on. I also use a twisted paper towel to dry the mist tube. There was a review about minerals in the water being broken down into very small particles. I do clean both humidifiers with tap water. But I dont operate them with tap water. Instead I use filtered water from my refridgerator filtered water source. My refridgerator has a filter that removes most minerals, especially lead and magnesium and mercury and several others. Both my humidifiers have been keeping very clean doing this entire process. Have never had anything build up within the tanks. I can reach inside my 6L tank with my hand and a paper towel but have never ended up with any deposit of any kind cleaning these as I outlined. At the end of the dry season, as outside temps warm up and become more humid, Ill go through the cleaning and then instead of refilling with filtered water Ill let them air dry for a few days before I put them away until next season. Overall I am very pleased with this humidifier and expect many years of using it.

I got this product for my daughter to replace the out-of-date humidifier that you can no longer get service parts for. I did some research before I purchased it and how amazing it has turned out to be! It is super quiet - you dont even hear it running, it has auto shut-off, which is a feature I was not aware that these came with, and a full tank runs like seemingly forever. Can you believe this has a lifetime warranty? I know right..., who would have thought. I hope to not have to exercise that feature, fingers crossed! And the best part, it is sold by small business right here in the USA! Yeah, thats right - if you pay attention to the things you buy on Amazon, for instance what company sells the item and where is it located - we can promote small business to keep America going strong in the competitive market. I am very happy with this purchase, and I hope that at least one person reads this and changes their mind about supporting small businesses and looks for the subtle detail the next time they make a purchase, especially right here on Amazon. And if you are looking for a new humidifier, I highly recommend this one! Top notch!

Bought this humidifier because the air quality in my room was causing me to cough a lot. This humidifier was really easy to use and instructions were helpful. However, please keep in mind that theres a lot of water that comes out after 20-30 mins, so I recommend placing it somewhere by itself so its not going to soak your other belongings. Overall nice and good product - not noisy.

I have 2 toddlers and both have horrible allergies to where it’s hard for them to breathe at night. I have bought 2 other humidifiers and both have not lasted longer than 2-3 months. I’ve now had this one going on 4 months and it’s the best one I’ve ever bought! So easy to clean especially with the utensils that come with it. The level of low to high is ASTONISHING. My kids now sleep peaceful without interruptions from dry throat. 10/10 recommend this!! Super affordable too!!

Before I purchase this product, I had a different machine, but it is too large for my nightstand. This one is a perfect size for me. I fill out the water before going to bed every night, and it works the whole night, everything is great. Especially helps me with my sleep. After using it I can feel my sleep getting much better, when I wake up my mouth and nose did not feel so dry anymore.

This is a very small, but effective, misting humidifier. It is mostly good, but I do have a couple of observations after using it for part of a day and overnight. First, it is impossible to totally fill the already small tank. Even if you add water to the point where it starts to overflow as you fill it when you turn it over and put it on the base, a significant portion of the water goes into the base so that the tank is about 3/4 of the way full before you even turn it on. Second, you absolutely have to use the cap/spout, otherwise, it just shoots a cloud straight up into the air that then comes back down and gets whatever you have it sitting on wet. The cap allows you to control the direction the mist goes and makes it finer so it is not just a huge cloud of water. Third, if you dial it up to full power, which is pretty much required if you have a large room (especially if you also have vaulted ceilings) it will not run an entire night. I turned it on at about 8:30 PM and it was shut off before I woke up in the morning. Finally, it will shut off even when there is a bit of water left in the tank and there will be water in the base when you take the tank off. Just be aware of that because if you lift the tank without being careful you will get water on the table or shelf you have this on. Ultimately, I do think that this is a good deal, but, for $30 it would be nice if the tank was a little bit bigger so that it could run longer. I do like the auto shut-off feature when the water gets low so you are not running the motor when it is not doing anything, which should allow it to last longer. That said, the big plus is that it does not require a filter, so you do not have to keep paying to use it after you buy it. And, you do not have to take it apart and risk breaking it in order to clean the parts that need to be cleaned from time to time. So overall, it is a good deal.

I recently purchased the Aqua Oasis Humidifier from Amazon for my baby, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This product has truly been a game-changer for my little one’s comfort and overall well-being. First and foremost, the Aqua Oasis Humidifier’s performance is outstanding. It effectively adds moisture to the air, creating a soothing environment that helps alleviate dryness and congestion. As a result, my baby sleeps better, breathes more easily, and wakes up refreshed. The humidifier’s adjustable mist settings allow me to customize the level of moisture according to my baby’s needs, making it highly versatile. I also appreciate the sleek design of this humidifier. It seamlessly fits into any nursery decor, blending in effortlessly. The compact size makes it convenient to place on a shelf or a table, and the transparent water tank allows me to monitor the water level with ease. The touch-sensitive control panel is user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to operate, even in the dark. One of the standout features of the Aqua Oasis Humidifier is its whisper-quiet operation. It emits a gentle, barely audible hum, ensuring my baby’s sleep remains undisturbed. This aspect is particularly important to me, as I value a peaceful environment for my little one’s restful nights. Maintaining this humidifier is a breeze as well. The water tank is easy to fill, and the filter replacement process is simple. The device also features an automatic shut-off function, which gives me peace of mind, knowing that it turns off when the water level is low. The overall build quality feels durable, assuring me that this product will last for a long time. Lastly, I want to commend the excellent customer service provided by the Aqua Oasis team. They were responsive to my inquiries, ensuring that my experience with their product was positive from start to finish. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Aqua Oasis Humidifier for anyone in search of a reliable and efficient humidifier for their baby’s room. I dont normallly leave reviews, however I feel this may help other people out there to not waste money on expensive humidifiers like I did.My daughter suffers from asthma and although medication helps , I started noticing the air in my home would make her cough more. I decided to do some research and found out a humidifier could help, so i started doing research on different ones and went with a very pricey one that just turned out to be very difficult to use and maintain, especially when cleaning it, so i decided to give it away and went for a cheaper alternative that turned out to last about a 2 months. I had a relative suggest this product and I was skeptical since it wasnt too expensive or too cheap, I will say probably the best purchase ive made, I got 2 and both work amazingly, They are so easy to fill and use and even easier to clean, The product works amazingly and even has a little cap to put on top to move where the mist will be directed, which helps to not have to move the entire machine around. All you need is water to fill it, automatically shuts off when it runs out of water and runs for as long as it has water. Probably the best investment ive made and will be getting 2 more for the other rooms.

I love this product and when I accidentally broke the crew that held water in place I thought I had to repurchase. But this was not the case, I contacted them, got the warranty and had a replacement within a week. No hassle!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! When you unpack the box, there is a small package with a spout cap and brush. These are both critical pieces. Do not be tempted to use this machine without the spout - if you do, everything around the machine will become drenched quickly. I couldn’t be happier with this humidifier. The tank is big enough that it lasts through the night, even on the upper power levels of the dial. Out of the box, it’s very easy to set up. I cannot stress enough the importance of the spout cap though. It comes in a small packet and I assumed it was either an enhancement or possibly to be used for storage. Nope! If you turn it on without the spout, you will be enchanted by the massive puffs of lovely humidity coming out and think that’s all you need. But the fact is that huge clouds like that are heavy - too heavy to float away from the machine. They settle and condense immediately and very quickly, you’ll have a pool of water; not only on the surface you’ve set the machine on but it will soak whatever fabric might be nearby. The spout not only prevents this, it’s remarkably effective at directing the mist and pushing it further away from the machine and higher into the air. The provided brush is marginally useful for cleaning the rubber inside parts. But be sure to do this, especially if (like me) you choose to ignore the warning not to use essential oils or other non-water liquids. About adding oils: The oils WILL erode the plastic tank and fan mechanisms or even clog the wet wicking filter. There is product called Vicks Vaposteam that seems to be more effective and safer. My research shows that it’s less damaging to a humidifier because it has a high alcohol content so it evaporates and doesn’t clog as much. Edited to add: “Doesn’t clog as much” means it still clogs it. The oils WILL gunk and clog up the parts, sooner than later. I learned this very literally 3 minutes after posting this review. I looked over at my adorable little humidifier lovingly and noticed the bright red placemat I’d set it on was…maroon. Lifted it up and discovered it was saturated. Not because of a defect in the product, but a defect in the user. I’ve been adding nasal passage clearing oils to help with a cold and didn’t clean it out before adding more to the next water refill. Sure enough, because it’s a cold mist humidifier, the oils sank to the bottom and solidified near the drain. Backed the whole thing up. It took boiling water and a toothbrush to scoop the goop. About cleaning: Especially if you add an oil but even if you do not, debris and gunk will collect at the bottom of the tank by the rubber parts and wiping them away doesn’t get everything out. Oil will attract even more gunk and can very easily create molds and bacteria’s which, if you don’t clean out, will spew into the air with your mist. This really has been a great product and value - I plan on ordering a couple more for the holidays.
