They really showed they care & stand behind their products & service. My son is now very happy & loves his new scooter :) This was delivered for my sons birthday on 9/16. The clamp bolts were missing from the box. We had to get some from the hardware store. Then the bearings broke on 10/24! Just 38 days later!!!!! For what we paid this did not meet our expectations :( Should last much longer!!! Neighbor has same scooter brand & same exact thing happened to his after owning it for less than 2 months!

Bought this for my son as an upgrade from his old Razor scooter. He love it. Easy to put together and very sturdy. Does not fold down, but the stand it comes with works great!

My 9 yo loves this much more than his rickety razor. He does lots of tricks so it got beat up pretty quickly but it’s a still smooth ride. One of the rubber pieces on the handlebar slided to the middle of the scooter and we can’t seem to move it back to the right position now.

I purchased two Arcade Pro Scooters for my daughters who are 10 and 9 years old. Both have owned scooters and skateboards before, but these were their first official trick scooters. We have a concrete skate park near our home that provides an excellent area for them to use the bowls, jumps, and other features. Within 20 minutes of being at the skate park on their new scooters, they were doing tricks that they werent able to previously.
