Arches Watercolor Block, Cold Press 10X14

Im still a beginner at watercolors, but this paper is definitely the best Ive used so far. The paper absorbs the paint nicely and colors bloom perfectly. I love the block format of this paper as well. It prevents it from buckling when really wet.

Already working on the second sheet, 140 pound cold press is my default, raised on this paper, its like blue jeans.

Arches paper is thirsty, holds a lot of water, and it takes a lot of brush work without breaking down, or warping. It is much higher in quality when compared with wood fiber paper. I wont go back to paper of lesser quality. Thankyou Arches!

Paper is good quality and glued edges hold well, but still release easily when its time to take the top sheet off. I have used Arches blocks for years.

Its absolutely the best you can buy for watercolor!
