Greater than one weekUsed this for replacing a CPU fan assembly for Dell Inspiron 3650 desktop computer which during boot-up was showing an error message requiring user acknowledgement before finishing boot sequence. When replacing the CPU fan, the factory had put way too much thermal paste and needed extra effort to scrape and clean away the old thermal paste before installing the new CPU fan assembly. Just a small bead, smaller than pea-size is needed. After installation, Dell Inspirion 3650 boots up and no CPU heat warnings.
