Greater than one weekI have an old HB Beats laptop. I know, all credibility lost within the first sentence. Still, I bought it ages ago and had to shelve it due to thermal throttling. Searching YouTube, I found that other owners of this make had issues with a failing heatsink but their systems didnt push out any warm or hot air where mine did push out slightly warm air.
