Greater than one weekMy CPU was randomly hitting 90 degrees upon boot (no other programs running). Tried a few things but figured it was time to replace the thermal paste. Solved it immediately.

> 3 dayMy sink fan was running almost constantly at extremely high rpm especially while on the internet. We have pets so I thought it needed blown out. It did but same thing was happening. I took off heat sink and noticed original thermal glue disintegrated. I used Artic MX4 and it is whisper quiet. Great product!
