Consiglio, da perito informatico, di sostituire la vostra pasta termica ogni 4 anni al massimo. Non vale certo la pena aspettare 8 anni anche se garantita dalla stessa casa madre del produttore. Soprattutto, pulite sempre bene il dissipatore da polvere e vecchia pasta, aiutandovi con alcool isopropilico. Garantito il beneficio

> 3 dayMy 2015 MacBook Pro started running hot while doing normal light/medium tasks. I use smcFanControl to monitor temperatures and keep the fan running at a higher base rpm. (I think Apples strategy of constantly throttling the fan up/down to be ridiculous and more distracting than a constant rpm.) Even with a constant 4k fan, temps would easily run away to 65-70C with fans spiking to max. Heavy work loads would go even higher.

> 3 dayIts thermal paste. It doesnt run, and is of high quality. I purchased with spatula and that helps with larger surfaces to ensure an even spread. This is one of the best pastes because it will stay semi-solid for years, unlike silicone which can stay runny. This is one of the best ones available.
