ARKON 25mm Ball to 17mm Ball Adapter - Black - SP25MM17

Fits in the back of my Garmin GPS and then attached to my 1 Ram Mounts. Exactly what I needed.

Not much to say. Its exactly what I needed to adapt a RAM mount 25mm to the smaller Garmin style 17mm.

I love the stability of the 25mm balls in Arkons Robust Mount series and RAM mounts, and used them in semi-permanent attachments in my cars. When I decided to switch to a wireless phone charger, the reasonably-priced options all used less steady 17mm ball mounts. The adapter solved the issue by letting me put the new charger/holder onto the existing mount.

It’s okay but definitely not the same quality as the RAM products.

Does exactly what its supposed to do!

This is a must have item to mount electronics with ball mounts like your GPS to your motorcycle.

The 17mm ball end is too small to securely hold a small Garmin NUVI GPS unit, the unit should pop onto the ball and have enough friction that the GPS will hold in position. Due to poor tolerance in the manufacturing of the ball end, the GPS unit flops around at every bump and turn. Definitely wasted money.
