Ive used this as a laptop tote for 6 years now. Ive used it for 3 different laptops, and traveled internationally with it. Its got a hole now in the bottom, where a corner of the laptop put too much wear on it, but not once have I worried about the overall integrity of the bag failing. Im purchasing a new one so I dont have that hole anymore, but Ill be keeping the first one around. This is a seriously great laptop shoulder tote, and it pleases me greatly that theyre still making it, so I can buy a 1:1 replacement. EASILY worth the asking price.

After 2 years of everyday use, this bag is going strong. There are some slight tears here and there, and the bottom of the side pocket has a hole that goes into the main compartment, however Ive been pretty rough on the bag so Im not surprised. This bag will fit most laptops. Highly recommended.

I purchased the ARMYU Classic Military Messenger Bag for use as a Haversack when Im away from home on a bush-craft activity (i.e. campsite, outdoor open fire cooking, wandering around in the woods, etc.) The Messenger Bag is great for carrying a whole mess of bush-craft things one might need in the way of survival. For the student, it can carry up to a 15 laptop and still have room for a couple of textbooks and notebooks. Throw in a sandwich and a bottled water or soda and youre good to go for the whole school day! The Message bag comes with a fully adjustable 2 wide shoulder strap which is not removable, but why would you want to? The bag is made of durable, strong, cotton canvas, and if it ever wears out (which I dont think it will), I would certainly buy it again.

The canvas is thick. The bag is large. The strap is long enough and comfortable. I carry a camera, flashlight some files and books on the interior. Until I stuck a new pair of sneakers shoe box in to carry home............the bag was unorganized. The emptied out shoe box works perfectly to carry and to effectively create some more manageable areas....in front of and behind the box.

A great bag for a young man transitioning from college life (backpack crammed full) to the world of work. Large enough to hold essentials (sketch pad, colored pencils, books to read, puzzles for breaks) without being pretentious (a $200 briefcase? really?).

I bought this for my husband to replace his well-loved man-bag that had finally died and I think it survived all of 4 months. Although it looks quite nice, it very quickly started coming apart at the seams. The material didnt maintain the shape of the bag very well, either. Overall, poorly made.
