> 3 dayTrying to create quilts from already purchased material. The pre-make rolls are very expensive and until I feel confident I dont want to pay the price. Very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThis ruler is just about perfect. Im using it to turn my (and my sons) old t-shirts into quilt squares. Its the perfect size. Ive been putting this project off for well, frankly, years. But I cut dozens of squares in a jiffy with the help of this ruler. The only thing that I found a little challenging about using it was when I was trying to center things. Because theres a half inch around for the seam allowance, I had to remember that one inch in from one side was the 11.5 inch mark. But theres a handy guide around the edge to show where 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch are so I could make sure to keep the picture inside the frame.

> 3 dayI very much dislike these rulers. They have very thick, sharp acrylic and the lines are too thick to get an accurate measurement. I often can’t even see any marks I’ve drawn underneath these rulers to see if I’m getting an accurate cut. The included grip stickers are also a bit foggy and not completely clear (I purchased a brand from Hobby Lobby that is actually clear) which makes them useless to apply when they further block my view of the fabric underneath. I would not recommend these. They’re inexpensive but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about them. Edited to add: I returned these and went with a pack from omnigrid here on Amazon (it’s a 12.5”/9.5”/6.5”/2.5” pack of rulers, ASIN B001CE38JS). The omnigrid rulers are significantly easier to see through. They’re a few dollars more than these (~$30) and they don’t come with grip stickers, but I purchased some from hobby lobby that are easy to see through unlike the ones included in the arteza pack. The omnigrid rulers don’t feel as sharp around the edges either so I’m happy with that purchase. I plan on purchasing a 2.5” square “Sewology” ruler from Hobby Lobby when they go on sale to about $2 to complete my desired collection of quilting square sizes.

> 3 dayThe nonslip adhesive rings only had 20 rings. Package had been used. The rulers are wonderful. But package description is misleading

> 3 dayAs the title says. Comes with little silicone grippers you can adhere to one side if you like. I did. The grippers have stayed adhered through a lot of abuse. But the bottom line is the price beats the in store price, even on their best sale day or coupon.

> 3 dayMaybe it’s just what you get used to, but I prefer Arteza rulers over the other brands. The measurements are easy to read and use.

> 3 dayThese rulers are fantastic! I have a few of the expensive omnigrip rulers, but needed a 12.5 square. All 4 of these were about as much as the one omnigrip, so I decided to give them a try. Now I actually prefer them to imnigrip, as they are a little bit thinner. I make a lot of bags using fusible fleece, and when I would trim the seam allowances, the omnigrip would not allow me to get the bottom layer of fabric. That doesnt happen with these. Their nonslip quality is also very good. The only reason I give them a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because I wish I could see the 1/8 marks inside the 1/4 width line that marks the edge 1/2 inch around.

> 3 dayI’ve always used a friend’s rulers since I don’t quilt much but she moved and had the nerve to take her rulers with her. I saw these and have been pleased with the Arteza brand in the past. Maybe it’s me but I have to flip the ruler so the numbers are upside down to measure from the right edge or I end up with an extra 1/2”. Not a real problem as I usually put a piece of blue painters tape on the ruler to mark my measurements if I’m cutting multiple pieces. Other than the numbers being upside down when I use the ruler it’s awesome. I love how they include pads to help prevent slippage.
