Great taste Good quality

I didnt mind the lemon sorbet flavor. it tasted like a lightly lemon flavored vanilla. It has a slight after taste but nothing horrible. I had high hopes for this protein but unfortunately it caused me to have some stomach and digestive issues after drinking it. I am sensitive to proteins and this apparently is one that I cannot have. It is unfortunate because I like what the company stands for.

I have been searching for a whey protein powder with no artificial sweeteners or other artificial ingredients. I use Ascent in my morning smoothies with a frozen banana, some peanut butter, and a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal, whirled in a blender. Sometimes I throw in some Hersheys Special Dark cocoa powder. Delicious!

I’ve been using this protein powder for months in my everyday smoothies and the flavor is great. The only downside is the price keeps steadily increasing to where it’s not worth the hike for the 2lb amount you’re given. Lower the price back down to $30 then I’ll resume buying once a month.

This product, in terms of quality, is top tier. Just look at the ingredients. There’s no amino spiking, no garbage. Just pure quality protein. Which I’m sure some of you don’t know about spiking, but most of your protein powders that say 25g or more are actually lying and you’re probably only getting 14g-17g of quality muscle building protein. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but understandably so. Regarding taste, it’s good. I’ve only had chocolate, but have found nothing offensive about it. Now it doesn’t have that super creamy backbone that some look for, but that’s probably a result of other poor ingredients to give you that mouth feel. I don’t find it to be overly sweet like some of the comments mention. In fact other products like Syntha 6 and such I find to be much sweeter than this one. To the people who said be aware of allergy concerns “it contains MILK!” Just shut up. Like honestly stop speaking. Where do you think whey comes from? You got bigger problems and need to do more education and research before you start taking supplements if you can’t make that connection.

I was looking for a protein powder made with more natural ingredients and stumbled upon this. It is absolutely delicious and with 25g of protein, you can’t go wrong. The only con is that it’s on the more expensive side, but quality over quantity

I love Ascent protein powder. I also love how fast I can get it from Amazon.
