Alright a couple weeks on the job and great gun. like everyone is saying way easy clean up..the almost instant lock cap is awsome..i always spill clear down my arm! but with the cap going on so quick and easy no sticky arm hair ;) and the over spray even impressed a coworker he came over and asked what gun i was using! Great buy, i own 2 satas , 3 iwatas, laid clear nice, good patern, any new gun u buy they all have oil in them make sure u clean gun before painting, i like these guns better then finish line, very light, will spray waterborn paint to,

I am not a professional but I dont need to be one to know this is a quality spray gun. For the occasional painter like me this gun does exactly what I needed it to do. For epoxy primers and polyester finish coats, the 1.5mm tip is just right. Maybe the 1.7 would have been faster but this gun lays down the product very smooth. I installed a new main air line oil water separator and I put a mini separator at the gun along with a regulator. Line pressure is set at 90 psi and the gun pressure is set at 30 psi. This gives me a 6-7 pound pressure drop and delivers paint at 23 psi. Perfect. Very little overspray. With a fan blowing in my shop, I am not so sure I need a cartridge mask but I always wear one and you should to. I only mentioned that to emphasize how little over spray there is. Great product at a very reasonable price. Wish I had a second one with a 2.1mm tip for lacquer primer.

Good gun lays a nice pattern with good atomization. Oh the proper de kups adapter is the DPC-81. Not the most readily available information.

This is well made and sprays well. Not cheap but moderate in price. I consider this the gun to buy if you aspire to learn how to paint by doing it. The HF cheap stuff will hold you back, but this is the starting point for semi-pro DIY guys who want to get better. If you paint a car or two here and there, I would recommend it.

Could only get the gun to provide about a 3-4 inch fan. Had a super hard time try to obtain adequate coverage without streaking. Would not recommend.

Really impressed with this gun, I have been painting for years and have used some very expensive guns...But I must say this guns has blown me away! I use this gun for clear coat and it comes out like glass. I have the gun set at 29 psi and it doesnt create any orange peel, also has a good size fan! I didnt expect this gun to be this nice! I will buy another for my base coats, and the 1.9 to spray flake! If you are a beginner or a pro this gun will make you happy!

Phenomenal clear gun. I retired a Sata Jet 5000 RP in favor of this gun.
