> 3 daySo my old air compressor I used to carry around was not digital, was much bigger, and kind of annoying to lug around. This, by comparison, is smaller, digital, and fairly easy to use. The fact that it comes with both a battery and an auxiliary socket power adapter is a nice bonus incase the portable battery happens to be dead. Running on battery power, I can just easily walk to each wheel without being tethered by a lengthy power cord to the inside of a car that has to be on. I used it to check my tire pressure and as it turns out, the dealer (who recently did a TPMS sensor recall on my car) had overinflated my tires. Not having to have a separate tire pressure gauge and compressor is also a nice plus (the pressure sensor in my old compressor was very inaccurate) and the quick connect/release is a blessing. Overall, I really like the design and function of this and give it high marks. It has earned a spot as the permanent replacement for my old compressor.

> 3 dayGot this tire inflator for my bikes and cars. There are quite a few other battery and wired air inflators on the market, but got this one. It arrived in quite a large box, and was well packed. The pump itself is fairly bulky and includes one battery that can be charged with a USB C charger, and also a battery shaped receptacle that is basically a corded DC plug, to allow plugged in operation. The battery charges fairly quickly, but I think it depends on the type of charger block you have. Mine is a high wattage fast charger and took about 1 hour for the first charge. The operation is very easy, and just requires that you plug in the battery like a power tool, set the air pressure, connect the hose and pull the trigger. It automatically shuts off when the desired pressure is reached. It pumps at a decent pace for the type of pump that it is. It didnt get too hot either when I used it to top off the car tires. I do wish it included 2 batteries. I feel this is a very good light duty air pump.

> 3 dayI’m impressed with this. I’ve been using it on a tire that has a very slow leak, that I just haven’t had the time to get fixed. The operation is very easy, although the icons for the modes are small and difficult to see if you have 40+ year old eyes. It inflates pretty quickly and isn’t overly loud. I have other tire inflators that will over inflate by .5 psi to account for when you take the inflator off. This doesn’t do that, so just program it for .5 over your target before you start pumping. I like it and will keep it in the Jeep when we hit the road.

> 3 dayThis tire inflator is really good for keeping in the trunk of your car, or in your garage to inflate items in case of an emergency, or larger items, such as pool, toys, or other items that need to be filled with air. We also use this to inflate the tires on our bikes. Comes with various attachments for inflating, sports, equipment, like balls, or the more blunt tip for inflating, pool, inflatable’s, or floating rafts.

07-06-2025This is a lot smaller than my car air pump. It works well and is easy to pack away. I used it to air up a small ball and when the ball was full it shut off without any issues. Then I used it to air up my daughters little bike tires and set the psi to 40 as the tire pressure and it stopped at 40psi. The accessories are great to have but I wish it had some sort of carrying case. Battery is strong and holds a charge well. Very happy I took a chance with this little thing.

> 3 dayI got this tire inflator because I live in an urban environment where there are fewer and fewer gas stations nearby -- and even fewer still that have functioning tire-inflation stations. Or you need about a dozen quarters to use a pump for one minute, and then it stops. But I also figured I might need to use the inflator for purposes other than just my car tires, so I wanted it to have an alternate power source. This product comes with a rechargeable battery, or you can use a cable to connect it to the cigarette lighter in your car. I charged the battery, and started reading the instructions. What wasnt clear (maybe only to me) is that in order to use the battery pack, you first have to push a button and slide off the attachment at the bottom of the inflator that has the cable car charger on it. Then you replace that attachment with the battery pack. Press the button to turn it on, toggle through the modes (the first one is bicycle mode), press the + or - keys to raise or lower your intended PSI goal. Then press the trigger on the handle to start inflating. Its fast... and loud. But it gets the job done. I was going to keep it in my trunk, however, its larger than expected. You certainly cant take it with you on a biking trip. This is ideal to take with you if youre going on a long car trip and you might be far from a gas station tire inflator if you need one. Its also really handy at home if you need to inflate an air bed, a raft, or something else thats large, and you dont want to pump the air manually.

> 3 dayThere appears to be an omen that follows me around in relation to auto issues involving a tire. Basically i always seem to have a slow leak in one or more of my tires. Also, for some reason my main problem tires always seem to be the front two with the passengers side being the most commonly damaged. To make matters a bit comical, i had just replaced both of my front tires a few months ago. Within 24 hours my front passengers side tire was near flat. This was not too bad because i was able to use a battery powered air pump that i had owned for awhile. I do like that pump but it is not exactly the best in relation to a space saver. The unit works nicely though it seems better gear for a truck or larger vehicle rather than the small sedan i am using it for. Also it has more of a garage or shed look to it rather than something i would want always in my car. It is never good to leave batteries in power tools, especially if they are going to be around drastically inconsistent outside temperatures. With this small sized and regular power tool shaped portable air pump from the AstroAL brand, i have found the right sized unit to keep inside my car minus keeping an eye on the battery and bringing it inside if it is too cold or hot out. One of the featurs of this pump i like is the on off buttons are not easily manipulated when not intended. With my other bulky unit the power would turn on if the thing tipped over on its side due to motion of the vehicle. With this AstroAI tool, it sits just like a drill or circular saw, in a corner rather than flopping around in the trunk. To be more specific, i was able to fit this right in that area to the left or right of my trunk, right underneath the back panel, which is as easy as lifting up then placing this tool inside. The shape and size of this air pump is what makes it ergonomic and compatible with my auto situation. I own several electric scoots and felt very comfortable using this pump. I like how i was able to adjust the airflow so i can pump up a small tire like an electric scooter tire, which takes a few seconds. I am happy with the price of this, with it being under eighty dollars making it a steal and about half the price of my bulkier pump from another brand. I am happy with the different attachments; which allowed me to use it on the same scooters which i just mentioned. I am happy with the charging time of the battery which did not take long at all and lasted longer than i expected. I intended to use the whole power supply to see how long this would pump air. To do that, i pumped up not only my tires, but a few friends to watch the power depletion time. I am happy to say that i was able to service three cars before i had to recharge. That is great to know, because it assures me i would be able to use it in situations where i am on the road and away from a nearby town. In Oho, where i live, when you venture out into the southern Ohio camping regions it can become desolate, where there is one gas station and one town within a large stretch of space. To conclude, i am satisfied with this portable air pump and recommend it.

Greater than one weekThis Tire inflator works extremely well. I wanted a portable one that I could use anytime since I travel long distances. This one was simple enough for me to figure out. I did test it and it has worked well.

> 3 dayWe used this to fill up our car tires. My husband had his old tire pressure measuring tool and checked the pressure, then he put this machine on the tire and it read the exact same pressure. Then he set the desired pressure and filled the tire. He measured again with his analogy tool and again, the pressure was exactly the same. This was easy to use and fun. It has two different power options -- cigarette lighter or charging the battery via USB. We charged using USB and it held its charge and worked great.
