It work for a few weeks and then out of the blue the screen with black and flashed and did not so I sent it back to you guys. My daughter even seen it and just could not believe a new pc was already messing up. I almost thought I broke it but i was just playing a game and it with crazy

I love ASUS products, so I was really excited to receive this. Unfortunately, Ive found this chromebook quite buggy and awkward. In no particular order:

Keys are hard to see even with backlight

I purchased this for personal use after my laptop bit it. Its been great for my non-work needs (primarily working in Google docs, streaming). The only issue I have is the light under the keyboard is extremely dim and so its hard to see which keys youre hitting at times. I purchased a keyboard cover for this reason.

What a piece of garbage. We bought TWO of these 10 months ago. They both have the exact same problem with the keys not working, and now one of them won’t even turn on. For over $300, wouldn’t you expect better quality? When contacting the company they let us know it wasn’t covered under warranty, less than one year old, same problem. Very disappointing and can not recommend at all!

I got this in hopes of using it for school and work. It was really cool and I was so excited... then I tried to get Adobe Creative Cloud, only to find out this only uses apps. My bad for not understanding what a Chromebook was, so I returned it.

Im a senior lady who is 71 years old. I have used computers my whole adult life. When I ordered this Chromebook instead of my usual purchases in the past of Laptops, I did so by reading what the differences were between the two, then I spoke with my son-in-law about the differences and got the impression that there was not that much difference. I just received my Chromebook four days ago. I was surprised at how nice it was. Very heavy to me at first, compared to all other Laptops Ive used, but as Im using it, it does not fall off my lap when I move a little! I am going to keep this in mind when I find the right Laptop for me. This Chromebook in my opinion, is one of great quality! Quite solid and sturdy! I have two favorite things on this Chromebook. One is the screen! It is so clear, very colorful, easy to read. It is the BEST SCREEN I have ever used! The Touch Screen is more precise when using it as a laptop. For example, ones I have used in the past, have always been difficult to select the exact spot where you want the cursor to be! I would need to select, go back, select again, go back, the line, the letter, the number. I dont know if its due to the clarity of the screen or if its programming, but not having to constantly select and re-select over and over again, is a blessing! The fact in which you can fold this screen over and work on it as a tablet is great! What I dont necessarily like is how touchy it is. When I folded it over and started using it as a tablet, My hands, in holding it to use as tablet, kept touching the on/off button on the side.

Got tired from the Windows operating issues (constant updates, anti-virus, slow operation, other), bought this Chrome book, happy with the decision. This is a good product.
